Warranty

In product design, we attach importance to environment-friendly, durable and easy-to-repair products. For us, service means not only repairs under warranty, but far beyond. We make sure that our product has a long life at the customer and if repairs are necessary, we try to provide spare parts for as long as possible.

We give 24 months warranty on all our products. In addition, we extend the regular warranty period to 36 or 48 months for an additional charge.

Repair

Of course, even with the best and most durable manufacturing quality, it can happen that a device needs to be repaired. In line with our sustainability policy, we aim to help equipment to last as long as possible once it has been purchased. Our repair service for electronic loads, source sinks and all other H&H products has a correspondingly high priority.
