The claim to deliver gapless quality runs like a red thread through the entire range of services offered by Höcherl & Hackl. Durability and robustness are important factors that are close to our hearts and that we already have firmly in mind when developing our products. Our company has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1999, which means that our economic activities are consistently geared towards continuous improvement.
The procedures described within the framework of QM aim to fully ensure the high quality standard of our company in all areas – from product development and manufacturing to service and support. Regular checks are planned, carried out and audited at all these stages to ensure that we meet and perhaps even exceed the specified quality requirements.
Our quality management manual describes the specifications and procedures for ensuring that quality requirements are met. We are happy to make it available to our customers on request.
Our QM system includes an environmental management system, which we consider extremely important in our daily practice, because sustainability is a central component of our product and thus also of our corporate philosophy. Our support is also geared towards sustainability.
On request, we offer our customers an extension of the warranty from 2 to 3 or 4 years.
With the devices, H&H supplies a Factory Calibration Certificate (FCC), which documents the traceability to national standards for the representation of physical units in accordance with the International System of Units (SI) .
