Social Standards in the H&H Code of Conduct

We are committed to ecologically and socially responsible corporate leadership. The same behavior is expected from all our suppliers. 

We assume that the principles of ecological, social and ethical behavior are observed and integrated into the corporate culture. Furthermore, we strive to continuously optimize our business activities and our products in terms of sustainability and request our employees and suppliers to contribute to this in the sense of a comprehensive approach. 

Like our employees, our suppliers are also obliged to comply with the principles and requirements of the H&H Code of Conduct and to endeavor to contractually obligate their subcontractors to comply with the standards and regulations stated in this document. The Code of Conduct is based on national laws and regulations as well as international conventions such as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the guidelines on children’s rights and business conduct, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the international labor standards of the International Labor Organization.

The Höcherl & Hackl employees receive regular training on the Code of Conduct contents.
