The security of our products is important to us. If you discover a potential security vulnerability or a security-related incident in a Höcherl & Hackl product, please notify our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).
Report Details
To help us review your report as quickly as possible, please provide us with the following information, if known:
- Affected product and exact device model or serial number
- Firmware, software, or driver version
- Description of the suspected vulnerability or incident
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Possible impacts
- Available logs, screenshots, or other evidence
- Your contact information for follow-up questions, if you would like a response

Please do not send any confidential information, login credentials, or personal data at this time. If such information is necessary for the investigation, we will coordinate with you to determine an appropriate method of transmission.

We typically confirm receipt of your report within three business days. We will then review and evaluate the details of your report. Whenever possible, we will keep you informed of the progress.
We treat your report and your contact information as confidential. We will only share this information if it is necessary for processing your report or required by law.
